  • Standard Delivery: Most custom curtain orders are processed and shipped within 6-8 weeks of order placement.
  • Expedited Delivery: For a fee, we offer an expedited delivery service which can reduce your delivery time to approximately 4 weeks. The exact additional cost will vary depending on the product and destination.
  • Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, customs delays, or other force majeure events may cause delays in shipping. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any changes to your order status.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
  • The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
  • For expedited shipping, additional fees will apply.

Customs and Import Duties

  • For international orders, please note that you may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.

Tracking Your Order

Delivery Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are unable to change the shipping address once your order has been processed.
